Edward Hoke

Ed made the selling process very simple. I tried to sell FSBO for months and had no luck. Ed made the process extremely efficient and got a great price for my home. I was exceptionally happy with only communicating when necessary. I'm going through the buying process elsewhere with a different Agent and the amount of communications is overwhelming and makes finding documents very difficult through all of the unnecessary emails and texts. Every communication with Ed was thought out, concise, to the point, and organized. Would gladly use Ed in the future for purchases or sales of homes.

Edward Hoke provided a service that was invaluable to me personally. I appreciate that he didn't blow up my phone constantly but still maintained himself available based on my schedule. That flexibility allowed me to focus on my job throughout the process and I was able to rely on him to receive those updates and provide me with updates accordingly. I had plenty of questions but he provided me with the necessary information I needed.

Ed was the staple in our home shopping experience. We purchased from out of state and did everything via phone/electronic communication. Selling a house while pcs'ing to a different state is guaranteed to be a stressful time. Ed made the home selling process a breeze. From listing to close, he took care of everything and kept us informed through every step of the process. He answered every question quickly and accurately. His knowledge of the area and recommended pricing strategy was on point. Would absolutely recommend him for any buyer or seller that needs a damn good agent.

We are first time home owners and we were a bit nervous about the entire process. A good friend of ours recommended Edward Hoke to be our realtor, and we're so glad we contacted him! He wrote us back right away when we first reached out, and went above and beyond to show us a house in Sneads Ferry to show us a finished home with the layout we wanted just so we could see a finished version. We then landed on a house with that layout in Jacksonville that was still in the building process, and he went above and beyond again reaching out to the builders for us to see if we could customize a few things even though it was technically "too late" for that per the builder's paperwork we had already signed. He went out and sent progress photos for us as we're currently out of state, and he did a walk through when it was finished via FaceTime. He answered any questions we had and we felt confident the entire time working with Ed. Ed Hoke was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. From start to finish, which took us approximately 5 months, he was hands on and always, ALWAYS, available when contacted. Without his assistance and knowledge, we could not have successfully sold our home at a profit. All sales agents should be as well trained as well as he is. I would absolutely refer him or use him again if needed.
